I've broken my own rule!
I was dedicated to posting at least once a week- and I have lapsed! This is a tough week for me with a gigantic research paper due on Monday based on a client's inquiry of easement extinguishment and abandonment. To top it off, my parents are visiting this weekend, so I need to have it finished by Friday.
