Husband had a business trip that he could take me on! While he was at work I spent a lot of time walking to the lake thinking, searching, and being overwhelmingly introspective-

Lake Tahoe (Fun fact: 99.1% clarity)
It's exciting for Californians to cross a state line; doesn't happen often (probably because there isn't much reason to; why leave the best state?!)
So there is get-away number one of the summer; we've opted out of big trips for small excursions. And we had a wonderful time!
