Last week our great snake-hunting dog sounded the alarm- this ten year old rattler was sun-bathing near the garage.

1: has a bulge in the middle of his belly, so fortunately he had his last meal
2: has 10 rattles, thus his age. and thats pretty darn big
3: is headless
